Top 10 VidCon Moments According To The Vlogbrothers



John Green, one half of the vlogbrothers has put together his selection of what he thinks were some of the top moments of VidCon. I have to admit that Meekakitty's rendition of a velociraptor was pretty good. Ya don't wanna mess with that redhead lol. I also liked hearing about Dan Brown aka pogobat's announcement that his subscribers will have complete control over his channel for a year. I haven't written about Dan's cool idea that he calls Dan Brown 3.0, but I will shortly. Dan is usually really good and makes some thought provoking videos on Youtube which is pretty good for someone so young. I actually consider Dan Brown to be the missing Green brother because he seems to talk and think along the same lines as both John & Hank.

One thing I really want to say is congratulations to the vlogbrothers for making it into the Top 100 Most Subscribed of all time on YouTube. They are absolute masters of bringing interesting and funny videos to their subs that make you think while they entertain. One of the first channels I subbed to on YouTube and you should as well.

I don't think there is any personal animosity between Ray and Ryan and don't want to promote any ill feelings between the two. I've never asked one of them about the other (I don't know either personally) and I haven't seen any comment, good, bad or indifferent, made by either one about the other guy's numbers either. Both of their channels have their good and bad points, as well as fans who love everything they do. No doubt there are hundreds of thousands subscribed to both guys because they put out interesting content. All I'm saying is that there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition. I don't think they will get into a pissing contest or anything (we used to have those at our family reunions. Grandma would always win, but that's a story for another time). George Watsky: How Does That Pale Kid Rap So Fast?

Sometimes it seems I am the last one to find great videos it seems as the following video by George Watsky (aka gwatsky ) somehow slips past me. If you don't know who Watsky is, he's known more for his poems than rapping, but you wouldn't know it from this video. This kid is FAST! Listen to his flow: You go gay baby! I've been watching this over and over and yes I have tried to say it just like he does and failing miserably. How did I find out about this video? I was watching the latest from Hank Green of the vlogbrothers who made a valient attempt to copy Watsky's style (and did a fair job) but couldn't keep up. One think about Hank and his brother John is that they do highlight some cool stuff in their vlogs and who knows when I would have stumbled across Watsky's epic little clip?
