Just checking in on YouTube and the latest video from Nerimon aka Alex Day pops into my inbox. First off he talks about dopamine and how if you are genetically predisposed to producing larger amount of the stuff you are predisposed to happiness. It is like "adrenaline-lite" as it is a precursor to adrenaline. And is used to help those with Parkinson's Disease which is possibly related to having low levels of dopamine in the brain. So ends today's science lesson. Alex moves on to discuss his "Dreamline" which seems more like a goal list that he updates every three months or so. What's All This "Sons Of Admirals" Business?
